How far ahead should I book?
Summer departures in Hawaii, Canada and Greece usually fill 6–8 weeks out. City tours in New York and Rome can often take last-minute bookings up to 72 hours before departure.
What is included in the tour price?
Guiding, transport during the tour, activity equipment, park and entry fees, and the meals listed in each itinerary. Flights and travel insurance are not included.
Can I book a private group?
Yes — groups of 6 or more can take any itinerary private, with the dates and pace adjusted to you. Choose "Private group quote" in the form above.
What happens if weather cancels an activity?
Safety calls are made by your guide on the day. Cancelled activities are rebooked where possible, otherwise refunded in full — no forms, no fuss.
